with a customized wine store and guest registration system in a CMS framework.

One of many HP divisions my worked with, the Home PC division required a spec and technical and creative development for a user self-help application to reduce support costs for new users.
We localized the automatically-updated app for 6 million PCs in 12 countries to provide customers with easy tech support
through an information corridor leading most users to self-help without needing phone support.
ROLE: Designer/Developer RPC makes solar power inverters that are more efficient and easier to install
modularly to save cost and make repairs easier. They needed to rebrand their presence in an exciting way for customers, media and investors.
I designed a bright new look reflecting their style, a website with product data sheets, and a password-protected area for secret stuff.

My agency formed a partnership with Yahoo! to develop corporate portals. We redesigned Yahoo's corporate presence, installed portals for Yahoo's top corporate partners, and designed a sales presentation for Yahoo! corporate account managers.
ROLE: UX Researcher, Designer/Developer For Philips' new line of connected products, I worked on software user testing, user help documentation, web landing pages, a user forum, and a software developer kit.
